Our second time staying at this property. I love their suites. It has everything. Perfect for a small family staying for the weekend or longer. Small 24hr gym and a decent sized heated pool to keep the kids busy. Three groups at same time will make it feel crowded so just time it. Property is clean, a couple of restaurants in the area, Costco is just across the street. Weird entry to the hotel as it is in a cul de sac. Close to highway exit. Breakfast was enough. I wish there were more selections. Lots of seating. Will definitely stay here again. Only complaint are the pillows in my room were flat and no support and lastly upgrade the shower heads with the corded ones. Also, we are at the 5th floor and kids were running back and forth in the hallway till midnight. I think there was a youth team checked in as well but should be disciplined or kicked out if they don鈥檛 comply.

Clean and very nice suite. It had a full kitchen with all appliances (fridge, stove, microwave, sink, dishwasher) and all the necessary cookware and utensils, including spoons, forks, glasses, and plates. The breakfast was great, every day there were four hot options plus fresh pastries. Overall, it was a wonderful and comfortable stay.

We stayed at Homewood Suites in Markham, Ontario for a little over two weeks, in a 1-bedroom King suite on the 6th floor. The room offered a beautiful view of the freeway and city, and on bright sunny days we could even faintly see the CN Tower. With the heavy snowfall in January, the winter scenery from our window was especially pleasant. Overall, there were many positives. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options, and it was convenient to be able to save something for a quick snack later in the day. The suite was clean, spacious, and well-suited for an extended stay, especially with the in-room kitchen. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom, bathtub, and toilet were clean (although the flush handle placement was slightly inconvenient). We appreciated the wall-mounted dispensers for hand soap, moisturizer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The staff were generally responsive, and we did not experience any noise issues during our stay. There were a few areas where improvement would enhance the guest experience. The alternate-day mandatory housekeeping policy was sometimes challenging, particularly as we were traveling with an infant and a pet and needed to vacate the room during cleaning. On one occasion, we declined service because the room was tidy and placed the do-not-disturb sign on the door, yet received a notice stating that cleaning was mandatory. This felt somewhat inflexible, especially when accommodating an infant鈥檚 sleep schedule. Additionally, the indoor air was very dry during the winter months. The dryness noticeably affected comfort, particularly for our infant, who experienced nasal dryness with occasional minor blood-stained mucus due to the lack of humidity. We ended up purchasing humidifiers and an air purifier to make the room more comfortable. The bathroom exhaust fan appears to be centrally controlled, which made it difficult to retain moisture in the suite. At times, interactions when requesting items such as a crib or playpen felt slightly uncomfortable, as staff seemed to closely observe the room while setting them up. In summary, the hotel is well-suited for longer stays thanks to its spacious suites, good breakfast options, and overall cleanliness. The scenic winter view was a highlight. With more flexibility around housekeeping policies and improved humidity control during colder months, the experience could be even better.

This has become my favorite hotel in the Toronto/greater Toronto area. I come to Toronto for work about 8 times a year and have stayed all over, but this one stands out. The staff is very friendly and professional. They greeted me warmly and remembered my name. They had my packages delivered to my room and assisted me when my luggage was lost. The free daily breakfast was more than I was expecting it to be, hot and delicious. The suites were perfect for a long stay since you have access to a full kitchen with a microwave and fridge. Parking is also free on site and I felt like my car was safe, no issues at all. The only reason I gave service a 4 was because one day the room service people left my door open after they finished cleaning, which was not safe. All in all, the overall stay made up for this and I will definitely be back.
