On my trip to Quebec, I somehow managed to book the wrong hotel in another city — classic me 🤭. The drive from Montreal to Quebec was already long enough, and there I was, realizing my hotel was actually in Lévis. My friends said only I could pull something like that off. After another 20-minute drive, we finally made it to the right Times Hotel. It turned out to be quieter and cleaner than the other branch I had stayed in before. I’ve always liked the aesthetic of this brand — modern, stylish, with a bold red color scheme and minimalist furniture that adds a chic touch. The front desk, though… let’s just say they weren’t exactly sunshine. They even charged again for parking, even though my booking mentioned it was free. I didn’t complain much — just wandered around like I owned the place 😋. At one point, I casually grabbed water from the bar and offered some to my friends; they looked at me like I’d lost my mind and politely declined! Once I got to my room, I was in love. It was spacious, with a big king-sized bed and a sleek leather futon that folded out nicely. Everything felt new and clean — no lingering hotel scents, just freshness. The bathroom was spotless, and the shower had a satisfyingly strong water pressure. Downstairs, the lounge was bright and roomy with plenty of chairs, perfect for business travelers or anyone needing a place to work. The gym was compact, and the pool was surprisingly large and lovely. Despite the great setup, the hotel felt a bit understaffed. My key card stopped working in the morning, and when I went to the front desk, the receptionist greeted me with a very dramatic sigh 😂. To top it off, this was also the hotel where my friends and I had a major clash — they turned into zombies on me, and the vibe totally shifted. They weren’t as impressed with the hotel as I was, but hey, to each their own. Even with its quirks, I genuinely adored this place — a quiet, modern surprise tucked away in Lévis.

Nice hotel in Lévis. Easy to get to. Rooms can be a bit noisy from the street and my door didn’t shut due to what was explained to me as an architectural issue with the hotel, if I understood correctly. I came back to find my door open from housekeeping even though I was told there wouldn’t be cleaning service unless I requested it. It is a nice clean hotel though and the few people who work there are very nice.

This is an honest review. Nothing personal. The hotel’s location is good, about 30 minutes drive from Quebec City. We booked this hotel seeing that is a four-star hotel as part of our honeymoon. The front desk was honest that there wasn’t much they could do for upgrade or anything like that since the hotel was pretty much sold out for this weekend, which we were fine with as we we’re not really looking for much. In my previous job, I’ve travelled a lot and stay at hotels across North America often. This truly is one of the hotels that offers least services. I’ve stayed at three-star hotels that have much better services than this one. Like others mention, the hotel claims that in an effort to be more environmentally friendly, they were not providing housekeeping service daily. If needed, you will need to request it before 2 PM the previous day, which we did. The front desk person took down our room number the day before, and yet no housekeeping was done during our stay of three nights. To me, this is the least of what any decent hotels could do. To simply provide a place of lodge and cleanliness. To have missed that truly demonstrates a kind of hotel it is. Everything here is pretty much self-service. You need to go to the front desk to get towels, whether it is for the swimming pool or for your own room since they do not provide housekeeping service. We were also locked out of our room two nights in a row (one time we were able to go up the elevator because other guests’ key cards worked, and we had no idea that ours did not until we got to our room door. My husband had to go all the way back to the front desk to get our keys reprogrammed). Another time we got in the elevator, super tired after a long day; looking forward to going back up to our room to get some rest only to find that, again, our keys did not work. After this key incident was when we discover that our room was not cleaned as per request. There are definitely much better hotels in the area for better prices. I also did not feel the sense of luxury that many reviewers mentioned about the hotel. Another brand name hotel in Montreal is truly a four star. This one is definitely not. At most, this is a three-star. Anyhow, tried it and would not recommend or come back.

I had booked a hotel on Expedia. Apparently when I booked it in Expedia the room was already booked so it was unavailable. The hostess called me to let me know and offered to transfer us to a location nearby that had rooms available. We were upgraded to a suite with no issues. Everyone was great to deal with. Very happy 😊
