Nothing like the website. I purposely booked there due to the Pool and Hot Tub, that's in their website. Don't be fooled! The Hot tub is covered with Ply wood and cones, the pool looks like something out of a horror movie, no offence to horror movies, the Sauna in the bathroom downstairs doesn't work and all the nobs were broken. The rooms have cold floating floors and have a weird smell. Not cozy at all. We didn't even sleep over. It was supposed to be a nice treat for my daughter and I. I'm glad we live locally. There was no reason to stay. We forfeit the room. We made out way to Hotel V in Gatineau. Not in my budget to waste more money but we were too excited for our outing. The front staff were nice. I stayed there in 2017 due to the floods and it was much better. I assume they changed ownership.

This hotel is under construction and I was awoken during my stay at 12:30am by workers. I am not joking. 12:30am. I asked them to stop. They don’t. I go to the front desk and the manager did not offer an apology but for me to pack my bags and move rooms at 12:30am. I said that unacceptable. He said there is nothing he can do. So I went back to my room and didn’t sleep the rest of the night in rage and them still working till 2am. Also the showers have 1 temperature which is boiling hot. See video.

Stayed here on New Years. Was charged twice for my room. When I called to explain the mistake I was told to call back and speak to the manager the next day. Called and he told me they would look into it and call me back. Didn't hear back for 3 days. Called again and they finally "issued" a refund. This was 3 weeks ago and have not received it yet. Called today and was told yet again they would call me back. This seems like a straight up scam. I will be walking in there tomorrow if I dont hear from them

During my stay, I had requested a blanket and a pillow, but unfortunately, these were not provided until my checkout the following day. It would be helpful if guest requests could be attended to more promptly, especially for basic amenities. The room itself appeared rather dim and lacked adequate lighting, which made the overall atmosphere somewhat gloomy. Additionally, there were no basic provisions such as a kettle or drinking water facility in the room, which are generally expected even in standard accommodations. While the property may be suitable for short solo stays, I would not recommend it for families, as the current setup and service responsiveness may not meet the comfort expectations of family travelers. I hope this feedback helps the management team improve guest comfort and overall hospitality experience.
