I love staying at the Sandman on Davie st. I noticed a lot of renovations happening in the rooms. I am surprised that the bathtubs have been removed and replaced with showers. When a woman gets to check into a hotel with no husband or kids, the best thing to do is have a long hot bubble bath. It was the highlight of my stay. Also the small lights in the bedroom. It is very dark even with the lights on. I had to bring in a lamp from the living room so I could read my book. The mirror in the bathroom is small and it is dark in the bathroom. The shower in the bathroom has a big gap in the door and the water gets out all over the floor. Housekeeping did not come into my room to replace the wet towels I had to use to wipe up the floor. The lights in the bathroom need to be brighter. Other then that the staff were great upon check in and everything else in the room was fine.

Stayed here for a week and had a great time. The room and kitchenette included everything I needed to feel at home, and the view was amazing. The gym is extensive and has a squat rack, which is rare to find in a hotel exercise room. And the staff were professional, attentive, and welcoming. I especially appreciated Rishab, who went out of his way to assist me and provide consistently top tier service. I highly recommend this hotel for extended stays.

Faranah at the front desk was excellent. We were able to check in early and even got upgraded to an ocean view room. Suite had a full kitchen and there were multiple grocery stores within a couple blocks. Very convenient location walking distance to most of downtown. Would definitely stay here again

This was the best Sandman I’ve ever stayed at! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. A special thank you to Teresa for helping with a late checkout — it was truly appreciated. The location is perfect and close to everything. The hotel was clean, beautifully renovated, and had amazing views. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!
