The hotel was fine, but the star of the show was the staff in the bar/restaurant. So kind and funny. Really made our trip. They were extremely helpful and willing to stay a bit late and pour drinks to watch the end of the baseball game. Accommodated every request and provided excellent conversion.

Stylish, welcoming, and full of character! Hôtel MOCO is a true gem in Valleyfield. The building’s history as a former cotton mill adds a unique charm, and the modern renovations are absolutely gorgeous. The rooms are spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed—with beautiful views of the bay and downtown. The staff are warm and attentive, and the amenities like the indoor pool, fitness center, and on-site restaurant make every stay comfortable and relaxing. Whether you're visiting for business, a wedding, or a weekend getaway, this hotel delivers elegance and heart. Highly recommended! 🏨 Regards Finally Public Media

Rooms and service at the Hotel Moco was excellent. Excellent location as there is restaurants all around that you can walk to. We were there with our grandchildren 13 & 7 and they really enjoyed their stay. We also visited the the Muso Museum which they enjoyed.

We chose this hotel mainly because of location. Our room had an amazing view of the water. The photos also made this place look very unique and an industrial and modern feel. While it looked that way in photos and in person, and the staff was friendly - the room itself was not clean. My 5 year old found pieces of glass on the floor in our room and there were chip crumbs all along the side one of the beds. The bathroom room floor had more than a few “curly” hairs. I did mention these issues with the front desk and they said they would let housekeeping know but I was disappointed that nothing else was done as there was glass on our floor where my kids were playing and could’ve been hurt badly. Also, we woke up at 6:30am to some maintenance being done right outside of our room door with a consistent banging noise. When I took my kids out at 8:15am, a ladder was still placed in front of our door unattended and no worker was around, we had to walk around it and the ceiling panel was missing. Needless to say, I don’t think we will return to this hotel again. UPDATE AFTER RESPONSE FROM THE HOTEL: There was no discount applied to our stay when checking out despite what the owner wrote and we sent an email to the email address provided but have not received a response on any solution and it has been a week.
