Just reliving some old memories. My wife and I lived at the Almata on the top floor 1990-1992 and our daughter was born in Vancouver during that time. It was an excellent place to live then and I'm glad to see from reviews it is still great. Loved the area. Good memories!

Very clean and well-maintained. Great laundry facilities (easy-to-load card, text message alerts when the laundry is done). Bright and airy units with balconies. Events like BBQs and other parties. Unbeatable location. However, not pet friendly and therefore can only get 4 stars!

Just moved-in and so far it’s great! Move-in was super easy and building is very clean! Managers are great to get ahold of and respond quickly! Very excited to start fresh at Almata

Clean apartment and accessible location. Management staffs are friendly and quick in responding. I have been living here for a month and more than happy.
