I have stayed at this location for a total of eighteen days during the last three months (two stints of nine days each). This is a fabulous hotel. Staff are always friendly and professional, and are quick to assist with any questions or issues. There is a coffee station that sits in the front lobby, available 24/7. The breakfast area sits to the right of the front entrance, and its selection, quality and accessibility is above average. One elevator serves the four level building, but it moves quickly and waits are few. The fitness room is excellent - well supplied and clean. There is a pool outside that operates seasonally. Stairwells are situated at each end of the building and are very accessible. Snacks are available in the lobby area as is wine. Rooms are clean; Holiday Inn standards rarely vary from location to location. The beds are comfortable, the lighting is satisfactory, and the furniture is designed to be multifunctional, creating more floor space than most hotel rooms. A safe is available in the room, and the washroom is large, functional and clean, with a renovated shower area and plenty of counter space. The digital room entry card always works the first time, and digital checkout is available. Drapes are effective - both for darkening and sun shade, and they actually operate easily. There is always plenty of parking, as there are lots at the west, north and east areas of the building. Staff in the breakfast area are interested in the guest experience, and ensure that preferences are addressed and feedback is solicited. Food is hot and varied, and breakfast may be taken to the room or eaten in the breakfast area itself. The coffee in the room is excellent and tea is also provided. The coffee maker works well and is easy to operate. Any toiletries that are required may be requested at the front desk. The hotel sits adjacent to the 401 yet is still quiet. There were sports teams staying in September, but noise was not an issue on the fourth level. Corner rooms tend to be quieter, and signs explaining the quiet hours (10 pm until 8 am) are posted. This is appreciated; some hotel chains make sleep difficult due to the absence of any quiet policy. Several restaurants sit to the south of the 401, within walking distance, and all are excellent. Stores are immediately north, just a short car ride away. Holiday Inn Express and Holiday Inn and Suites are dependable hotels, with consistent standards and performance. This location is no exception.

Had such a great experience staying here at the Holiday Inn Express. The room was tidy and clean with all of the fixtures in working excellent condition 👍 The breakfast was decent and the staff there are exceptional! In particular, I want to give a big shout out to the overnight staff, Bob. I really enjoyed our conversations together! Thank you Bob for all of the laughs and sharing your wisdom with me 🙂 Until next time!

Stayed there 2 nights & all of it was wonderful. Beds like clouds, room was great. Breakfast was phenomenal. Enjoyed the pool. They even had microwave entrees, pop, water, coolers, frozen ice cream & wine. Staff were very good, nice & helpful with any questions or anything. Definitely worth the visit. Thank you very much 🤗

My experience at this location was exemplary, except for the last 15 minutes. I purchased a few snacks from the in-house "Marketplace". After the transaction was processed I asked for a receipt. The individual at the front desk stated that they don't offer receipts for "Marketplace" purchases. I stated I required a receipt because this was going on my business expense. The manager acted in a manner which I would call annoyed, and then tried to blame me for s his inability to print a receipt. I respect the fact that he may not have wanted to do this. As you can imagine, finding out after the purchase had been processed is bad etiquette. At the very least this establishment should have signs posted stating they do not offer receipts. Had I known this in advance, I would not have made the purchases 202601180945
