Best building ever we live in and we can call Home Mali is an amazing building manager with such a great and genuinely positive attitude. From day one, Mali has been kind, approachable, and always willing to help, which makes a huge difference in how comfortable you feel living here. You never feel like just another tenant—there’s a real sense of care and respect. The cleanliness of the building is outstanding. Common areas are always spotless, well-organized, and clearly looked after with pride. Everything feels calm, safe, and well maintained. Because of Mali and the overall care put into the building, it truly feels like home, not just a place to live. I’m very grateful to be here and would absolutely recommend this building to anyone looking for a warm, well-managed place to call home. Location is great easy access to the grocery stores and bus stop

I had a great experience with Mali throughout the entire process. From the viewing to signing the lease, everything was very smooth, clear, and well organized. Mali was friendly, professional, and always quick to respond to my questions, which made the whole experience stress-free. The viewing was well arranged, and I never felt rushed or pressured. Great experience of living here for 2,5 years now! Beautiful views, safe and a quiet , convenient location. The building is well maintained, always clean. The manager Mali is so helpful with any issues and questions. She responds right away and fixes any problems quickly. 😊❤️

A great building in a wonderful neighborhood! The building manager Mali is so friendly, helpful and made the whole move in/out process as low stress as possible. All the common areas were always clean and any matinence requests were dealt with promptly. The west end has always been my favorite neighborhood in Vancouver and living so close to the seawall, beach and great views is such a privilege
