I lived in this building for 2 and 1/2 years, almost from the time the building was finished. I moved out to be closer to work and to reduce commute. But the management, the office rental, the maintenance guys and the quick response to anything makes a HUGE difference. I strongly recommend this place for rentals. Awesome staff and fair prices (all things considered in Vancouver nowadays). Common areas very clean and safe to live.

My family moved to 551 in April. I would like to share what I felt six-month for staying here so far. Our home is southwest unit on the 13th floor. The view is amazing, especially at sunset(attached), We are enjoying fantastic view. On weekends, I walk to cottonwood park or Mountain View park with my daughter and shop some groceries from Safeway or Dollarama, which is a two-minute walk away. Burquitlam sky train station is really near by here. so you can commute without a car anywhere in Metro Vancouver area. Everything you need, such as McDonald's, various restaurants, and the dentist, can be solved by walk. The coordinator(Ms. Leah) will respond immediately by e-mail contacting us and this building provide 24-hour on-call service if there is any problem with the unit. This is a pet friendly apartment, so I recommend if you have pet or like this environment. Sometimes dogs make mistakes, but the cleaning crew take care them as soon as possible. If you're after a convenient city life, I totally recommend this rental Apartment.

I moved into 55One Apartments in Coquitlam in November of 2023 and I'm incredibly impressed. The location is excellent, offering easy access to shops, restaurants, and entertainment options in Burquitlam while maintaining a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The apartments themselves are beautifully designed with modern features and finishes. The open floor plans create a light and airy feel, and the high-quality appliances and countertops make the kitchen a joy to use. The balconies are a wonderful addition, providing a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the fresh air. 55One offers a variety of amenities that enhance the living experience, including a rooftop lounge with BBQs and a fitness center. Notably, the building is pet-friendly, creating a welcoming environment for residents with furry companions. Overall, I highly recommend 55One Apartments to anyone seeking a luxurious and comfortable living space in a vibrant Coquitlam location.

I recently moved into 55One, and I couldn’t be happier. The staffs are incredibly friendly and organized, the building has a lot of amenities and its also pet friendly. The neighborhood is calm and the location is perfect, everything I need is close by, (Safeway, Shoppers, Dollarama, YMCA, restaurants, and SkyTrain), making it a wonderful place to live. The units are spacious and all the furniture are new.
