After a long week of international travel to Japan, we found ourselves booked at this property last minute due to a flight delay and disconnect on Air Canada. Terrible airline with poor customer service. This property is the complete opposite. The people are very inviting, front desk staff very knowledgeable and welcoming but the best part was meeting Goodie this morning at breakfast. She welcomed me into the restaurant like it was her own home. A smile, a welcoming gesture, even made me feel so incredibly invited rather than just a guest. I really appreciated her outstanding level of hospitality so much that I intend to write corporate because it is so rare nowadays. please extend my regards and appreciation to Goody. She is 100% bursting with hospitality and exemplifies the Hilton Way to its utmost degree. Thank you goody for the great job and keep taking care of your customers and hopefully one day you will be able to teach others how to properly behave. For her, it's natural and very genuine and for that, we thank you and appreciate you.

I stay at the DoubleTree on Dixie in Mississauga quite frequently, and it is always my number one choice whenever I’m in the area. The hotel is consistently comfortable, clean, and welcoming, but what truly sets it apart is the incredible service. Sadaf and her staff are absolutely outstanding. She always goes above and beyond to accommodate my needs and make me feel genuinely welcome every time I arrive. The level of care and professionalism from her and the entire team makes each stay feel effortless and enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay in Mississauga — I wouldn’t choose anywhere else!

I stayed at this hotel for approximately 5 months due to work. At the beginning, it was a little challenging to adjust, but over time my experience improved so much thanks to the support and kindness of the staff. I don’t remember all the names, but I would especially like to thank Daniela, Sadaf, and Houshang, and in general all the permanent team members. They were always willing to help, answer my questions, and make my stay more comfortable. After staying here for several months, I truly felt supported and well taken care of. Sahil made the stay so much better. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better front desk experience than the one Sahil provided. He has a natural talent for hospitality very calm, composed, and genuinely attentive to every detail. Instead of giving routine answers, he took the time to really understand what I needed and offered thoughtful suggestions, especially when it came to exploring the city. His knowledge was impressive, and the way he explained things was clear, engaging, and incredibly helpful. What makes him stand out is not just his professionalism, but his sharp mind, quick problem-solving skills, and the ease with which he connects with people. He made everything feel effortless and welcoming, which is rare to find. Sahil is the kind of person who elevates the entire atmosphere simply by being at the desk, and it’s obvious he takes real pride in doing his job exceptionally well.
