The rent is too high and they do all sorts of outside work to show how nice the building is but for tenants their service is very dismal. The are increasing the rental above the guidelines. Since 2023 they will keep on increasing the rents 5.5% every for the next three years. Sucking the blood out of the tenants.

They are greedy, keep increasing the rent by 5.5 % yearly, that is totally insane and unfair. Unfortunately the government always support their stupid increase some some minor maintenance.

This review deserves online star due to the fact that my query was answered. I had booked an apartment viewing with Ceara for 5PM - not only did my husband and I take time out of our busy day to come view the unit, we left our prospective jobs early (therefore losing out on much needed wages), trekked through busy traffic to arrive to our appointment. Upon our arrival, we tried to get in touch with our agent who did not answer the call. Upon calling them 4 times we finally received a call back from another agent letting us know that our appointment was canceled due to them being away at training. Bernadette who was on the other line not only did not help, also did not offer any assistance and didn't even know her own employers policies. Bernadette then told me that all cancellation emails were sent out the day before - which was untrue as I got nothing in my inbox and then got accused of not checking my emails more carefully. It was only after two emails that I was finally contacted by management with an apology but when I asked if they could re-book a viewing, I was told that it would be with Ceara again. I let them know that I'd like a more senior and more experienced agent to help us as it seemed to me their staff is not properly trained and therefore, not trustworthy. H&R offered me no other alternative, as if to say that they only employ the above mentioned individuals. Needless to say, I will no longer be booking a viewing with this management company and will not be leasing from them. Had they been able to offer me a more responsible agent, this would have been a different story. Sadly, H&R will be losing out on a potential client simply because they don't know how their own system works. Not to mention that the representative that contacted me did nothing but interrupt me and not listen.

HR Properties consists of 5 apartment buildings located on Antrim Crescent which is just 2 lights south of the 401 off Kennedy Rd. Also situated across from Glamorgan Park , Public School and the superb shopping centre Kennedy Commens. A well maintained and secure group of buildings with friendly tenants and is pet friendly. 👍
