The hotel is 4 stars but for me and my son and family it’s 5 star for us. We loved it soo much we stayed 2 extra days. There was no water slide but the rest was more important m. Picture below is view from my room balcony room 401

Such a fun family stay!! The pool area is honestly the highlight pool + spa + towels available right at the entrance (LOVE when hotels think of that 🙌). There were tons of chairs around the pool too, which makes a huge difference when you actually want to sit and relax while your child swims. They also have this play aera with water sprinklers and the water buckets that tip over tour heads. They also have a small indoor play park and an arcade perfect for keeping kids busy. Just a tip: the arcade only takes real change (25¢–50¢ per game), but the front desk will give you rolls of quarters if you ask for change. Our suite was super clean and comfortable 👌 The only reason it’s not a 5/5 for me is was the noise at nigh, it sounded like the laundry room was above us because we could hear the washer and dryer at night. Also had a bit of condensation leaking from the window. Overall though? Great family hotel, lots to do, and definitely a fun getaway spot.

I booked for me and my sisters for superior rooms but was given standard room instead. No refund no apologies but I was bullied. I need my refund because I am reporting this to police. I was reeped off. I paid for superior rooms and was given a standard room. Not acceptable. I am writing to formally complain about the unfair treatment and overcharging I experienced during my stay in August. You were the staff member who checked my sisters, my children, and me in. I paid and booked **superior rooms**, but instead, we were given **standard rooms**, while still being charged the superior room rate. This is unacceptable and misleading. In addition, my children were made to sleep on the floor, yet I was still charged for the room as if proper accommodation had been provided. Despite showing you my booking confirmation and explaining the situation, I was treated unfairly. I was told that even if we did not stay in the room and decided to cancel for the night, I would still be charged. I made several attempts to resolve this issue shortly after the incident, but no action was taken. As a result, I feel cheated and taken advantage of. The delay in raising this issue formally does not change the facts or the experience we endured. I am now requesting a **full refund for the superior rooms that were not provided**, as well as a review of how this situation was handled. I am prepared to escalate this matter further if necessary. We stayed at L’Hotel Quebec the night before our cruise. The hotel features a breakfast and/or evening buffet for its guests, an indoor pool and hot tub in a tropical garden setting, with a waterfall, a sauna, a fishpond, and an indoor playground. There is paid highspeed internet in the guest rooms, an arcade room, a fitness center, paid EV stations, a coin-op guest laundry and free guest parking. Inside, there are several meeting rooms, an ATM, and vending machines for food and soft drinks on different floors. On certain dates, various musical entertainment is live in the Tropical Garden. We enjoyed our stay and found the guest room comfortable and clean. In the morning, we had breakfast in the Le 10Vagues Resto-Bar across from the lobby. Meals are not included with one’s stay.
