Really enjoyed our stay! Nice little fireplace, easily accessible from the highway, quiet neighbours, small fridge, oven/stovetop, outdoor firepit, clean and comfy. The staff were really friendly and were there to assist us with our question. It would be an awesome base camp for a hiking long weekend. Nothing fancy but super cozy. We’ll definitely be back!

Hi! I am a solo female traveller and come to the Rockies often from Ontario. I try to do my mountain getaways on a budget. I found Rundle chalets on an Expedia search. I was very happy with my cabin stay. It’s basic and nothing fancy, but has everything you need. I love the fireplace which I used both nights. I felt safe and the bed was comfy and clean. I would only add some Lamps to make it perfect.

Originally booked for a visit with out of town guests and when they fell ill the company was willing to move the dates. Greatly appreciated. Loved the coziness of the cabin. It was warm and inviting. Our cabin didn't have a wood stove mentioned in other reviews sadly. The only real issue was the bathroom which makes an airplane bathroom seem spacious. If you're over 6' using the toilet will be an issue. I don't know if any other cabins have better facilities. Pet friendly with incredible views walking around and close access to Canmore and Banff. I don't think I would find it as great a value during peak season pricing but during oft season it was a reasonable price and a lovely getaway.

We absolutely loved our stay at this rustic chalet! The view of the Rocky Mountains is breathtaking, and the cozy wood fireplace made our evenings feel magical. The place offers great privacy and a beautiful bonfire area where we enjoyed time together with family and friends. If you love nature, peace, and a bit of old rustic charm, this is the perfect getaway. Pets are welcome too, which made it even better! Highly recommend for anyone who enjoys the outdoors and a down-to-earth stay. Stayed for 2 nights (Marvel Lake Chalet)
