Have been living at PEAKS since just after it was built (2019). Chris is a fantastic site manager, Ciaran is friendly and knowledgeable and I really like what they have done to improve the building since they took over! Keep up the great work Boardwalk team!

Chris (building manager), thank you so much for everything I don't even know where to start. This guy has been nothing but helpful to me and my family. He is beyond kind, always helpful with tips, and just overall someone you really don't mind seeing and having a good chat with everyday. I have been living at 1451b palliser trail for over 4 years. The building was taken over by boardwalk, and honestly it was the best thing to happen. (Prior wasn't so good, with previous owners and one of the building managment. Our place is beautiful, with the most gorgeous views of the mountains, I do recommend boardwalk and would rent from them again and again. We will now sadly be moving out, as we bought our home, but very thankful for having this place and having Chris as our building manager. We will very much miss this place. Thank you for everything!

My husband and I have lived here for just about four years. During this time we have seen countless management groups pass through. Our experience during our time here have not been something worth writing about. Since Boardwalk has taken over, I feel the need to share my thoughts. I believe they have provided a significant improvement to this property for a multitude of reasons. My first comment would be about the online portal. It is a very convenient and efficient system to communicate concerns and receive updates/information. Response to requests are addressed expeditiously We have taken notice of presence of on-site management with the overall cleanliness, landscape maintenance, timely snow removal, routine safety testing (although annoys my old dog), inspections, lobby updates (artwork, finishing tile, furniture), gym upgrading etc. This may seem like something to expect from a management group (especially for the incredible amount of rent we all pay), but it certainly hasn’t proven to be as such. Until now that is. So thank you to Boardwalk for your ongoing professionalism, and a congratulations to a wonderful team of staff that make it all happen. I can see why this company has so many properties throughout Canada.

Horrible service by the management team!! They have no human skills no connection they treat you like you are nothing ! They ask you to pay for the things that you didn’t even do anything !!! Our Hardwood flooring is coming out and they are telling us there is water underneath and it’s our fault !! Are you kidding me what you think I’m doing pouring liters of water everyday to the floor ??? We need it to be fixed without payment cuz it’s your fault your poor quality wood !! I’m going to write everywhere to everyone until this is fixed and the leasing office learns how to smile and treat us better, understand and go out of their way to make things better !!! If anyone looking into renting here don’t do it don’t !!!
