I lived in the Victoria for only 1 year and I enjoyed my time very much. My neighbours were the loveliest I’ve ever had and the community that people have created over the years is welcoming and helpful. I moved out at the start of this year because I found somewhere more affordable and closer to my work, Gillian the building manager made the transition so effortless and stress free. I will say that she is the best building manager I’ve met. She is responsive, respectful and a fantastic problem solver. It was always a pleasure speaking with her and I have to say that Strand is extremely lucky to have someone like Gillian managing The Victoria.

Really loved living here the last 3.5 years. Had a great experience with both the building and neighbourhood. We also really appreciated how supportive the current building manager, Gillian, was during the move out process and before. We will miss our home here a lot!

Fantastic 7 month residency at the Victoria while studying nearby in Vancouver. From check in to check out the management and maintenance teams couldn’t have been more professional, responsive, helpful and friendly. The apartment and building in general is modern, clean and safe. I only had one very minor maintenance issue (needing a component in my window blinds replaced) during the whole residency, and this was taken care of within days of my ticket. I never had a single problem with noise (or any other issue) from other residents at the Victoria. Noise through the night and early hours of the morning was a serious issue at my previous residency (especially as my complaints were completely ignored by the management team at that property) in a basement flat (town house) in the same area. I couldn’t recommend the Victoria enough, if I return to Vancouver for work in future it’s my 1st option, no question. Special shout out to the management team Gillian, Aston and Ivan who all kindly went out of their way with extra support on check in and check out. You guys are the best! Thank you!

I like this place! Living in a city near the bus stop, which can brings you to any directions, metro station just in 7 minutes walk or just 3-4 minutes by bus. There is a big park with a beautiful lake and tennis court just in 3 minutes walk and two playgrounds. Our daughter loves the area! But most of all this place is liked by our dog - this area is pets friendly and this is just amazing ! Manager of the building Arina is very nice and she will easily guide you all around the building, will help and give an answer to any questions you have as new tenant. As a bonus yesterday night we just enjoyed polar lights from our balcony, what can be better! 🥰
