We discovered the hotel at short notice because Air Canada unfortunately left us stranded in the middle of the night. It was one of the few hotels that helped us immediately, even at 3 a.m. The room on the ground floor was a little simpler and more American standard. That's something to keep in mind. However, we slept well in the bed. The price was very fair and all the staff were very friendly. Unfortunately, there was an incident with a guest in the room next to us in the middle of the second night. However, the management handled the situation very confidently and professionally. If you are looking for a friendly and simple hotel with airport transfer, this is the place for you. I can therefore only recommend it.

We booked our reservation months in advance. I called the front desk 7 weeks prior to my reservation and asked about a park and fly package. He advised they noted my account and I could pay at check-in. I canceled our 1 week park and fly package reservations at the third-party lot that same night based on this conversation. When I checked in to hotel a week ago with my group, the agent said they do not do not have park and fly available. Upset, I showed him my call log and he said it was first come first serve and stared at us blankly. An hour after check in I went back down and asked to speak to a manager as it’s not only affected Myself, but two other rooms that I travelled with. A young woman came and said that it must’ve been their central reservations line I was talking to, and there is no park and fly options. She then said they don’t do the first come basis during this season, which the front front desk man told us there was just no parking available an hour prior. No sorry, no offering to assist us in finding a weeks parking somewhere else, nothing. Simply blaming a call centre. I’ve worked for Starwood Hotels in the past for 10+ years -directly in their reservation line and corporate customer service; I know how it works and I know I specific ally talked to the front desk that day. I also showed her my call logs and got a rude smirk and blank stare. I had cancelled my Park and fly package seven weeks prior to my trip based on the conversation that the front desk man told me on the initial phone call. We of course would never have canceled those parking reservations if we were told the truth and accurate information. Three people and three different stories and information. Highly recommend avoiding this hotel if you want a smooth trip!

I choose this location for its walkability to Terminal 3 (5-10mins) Although the hotel shuttle is frequent, I don't like waiting and also prefer to get a little exercise before and after a flight. Even when flying out of Terminal 1, I just use the convenient train between terminals. This week I walked from the hotel and was already through security and customs sitting in Terminal 1 US departures AC Maple Leaf Lounge within 30 minutes.

Falls Short of the Four Points by Sheraton Standard I booked a rollaway bed and paid for an extra guest ahead of time, so arriving with five people only to be told the room could accommodate a maximum of four was incredibly disappointing. This is the kind of detail that should be made clear before check‑in, not at the front desk after a long trip. The room itself didn’t help the situation. The washroom had no proper door—just a barn‑style slider that offered almost no privacy. The space was small, cramped, and noticeably worn out, far from what I expect from a Four Points by Sheraton property. Overall, the experience didn’t live up to the brand’s name or reputation.
