Its a great spot for a night or two, specially if u wanna go out in downtown Toronto. Your at the heart of downtown pretty much. Dont expect too much though. It gives Motel vibes, but its not bad at all.

Room is not too bad. However when I came,about three cupboards had garbage,a dress and some things in the night stand. House keeping should make sure when a person leaves to check all these places and do a thorough clean. Also the bed next to the wall has cigarette burns on the comforter which goes through the sheet and duvet which makes me think the sheets were not changed in between check ins. Since the holes go through perfectly if you know what I mean. I will take a Pic and add it when I have a chance. The front desk lady is very sweet. And the one man who came to clean my room seemed very friendly and was quick since I had an appointment coming up

I dont recommend this hotel.. although its cheaper then any in Toronto. Can't even go outside for a smoke without someone asking for 1 or 2. Blood on our washroom door. But I still gave the house keeper 3 bucks American. THERE isn't really any good view and very sketchy at night! I looked all over for bed bugs and cockroaches but over all found none! I most definitely parked where camera can see youre vehicles. The receptionist helped us getting from hotel and Budwizer Stadium only cost us $3.60 the commute is very convenient if you don't want to drive. Just bring cleaning supplys with you!

The main drawback of this location is that it is temporary housing for the unhoused. If this is an issue, I’d suggest looking elsewhere. In my experience, this part was fine, and the rooms themselves were clean, despite lacking some amenities without first requesting them (namely a coffee maker). I’d be more bullish if not for the annoying check out process. Most hotels will place a deposit on your card and then release it without action. Here, the staff has to first inspect the room, perform another transaction to refund you, and have you sign off that this process was complete. It’s a fairly unnecessary extra 10 minutes, and it’s something you must plan for. The staff themselves are friendly, but it’s an unneeded time sink, especially when you’re leaving to catch transportation home
