I stayed here for a little trip with 3 other people. It is in a good location, it is a little far from old Quebec but certainly not a far drive, only about maybe 10mins at most. Traffic can be a lot. I just wish there was a better sign to where the u ground parking was for the hotel. We were doing circles around the lot and streets to figure out where the heck it was. We eventually found it which is good, there was always spots but I can see if it was a fully booked hotel how hard it could be to find spots. The rooms are a little small but house keeping was great with keeping our towels and garbages clean and stocked. Pool is also a nice little spot, not a very deep pool but still very nice. This hotel does host private parties and it was especially crazy on Friday night when we got here, we could hear it all the way on the other side of where they were. It was a good stay anyways thank you.

Hotel was very good, mostly. The rooms are exactly as advertised and are very clean. The staff is very friendly but there wasn't enough of them on hand while we were there. Also, don't bank on kids keeping themselves occupied in the "arcade". It's a mostly empty room with some pinball machine and a small TV that's labeled as the "theater". Great location though

I don’t know what the security guard is for on the 7th floor but you feel like you’re being cased instead of protected. They stand outside your room taking notes and will follow you and watch your movement . Lol and one of the front desk staff couldn’t help but roll his eyes and sigh at everything and everyone he talked too. It’s not the same as the last time I visited.

This establishment is quite the great find. My sister and I stayed for two nights and we were in love with it. If we had ONE complaint, it would be that the Television's might need to be updated. There were not a lot of channel options and we could not cast our phones to the screen, but we made do with the few channels that were available. I don't want that to deter from the breathtaking decor of the hotel. If I could have, I would have tried to buy every piece in sight. The chairs, the sofas, the antiques - all of them were breathtaking. The pool was a gorgeous scene outside out room (picture provided) and the staff was so kind. All of the staff - from the front desk to the restaurant - excellent service. The next time I go to Quebec City, this will be my go-to hotel.
