typical motel like corridor and stairs a like. No elevators to go to second floor. Room was alright I found the bed super comfy ☺️. No soap i the bathroom somake sure to bring you own. Mini fridge in the room and ice machine in the corridor. Breakfast was motel like with hot options (eggs, saussages, potatoes) et cereals. Juice, tea, coffee, wafflemaker. Only thing is I didnt like having to bring my heavy luggage to second floor.

i don’t recommend at all if i could give 0 stars i would. honestly the worst night of my life.. i was staying with my bestfriend and our boyfriends, the boys were out at the bar whilst we were alone in our room, some crackhead kept banging on our door (at least 3 times) between midnight and 2 am, so we couldn’t sleep and we were terrified to leave our room, when our boyfriends came back the guy was still standing outside our door (1 hours after he knocked he stayed in front of our door the whole time) and when our boyfriends tried telling him to leave after asking what the hell he was doing he got defensive and said he was gonna beat one of the boyfriends up so the boys defended them selves and we unfortunately had to involve the police cause he wouldn’t leave. now 2 days later i check my bank account and on top of everything that happened, they charged me twice and started screaming at me on the phone when i called back to get a refund. really disappointing:(

rooms were clean and in good shape. rest of hotel seemed clean. complimentary breakfast was good a place I would return to if needed.

Location is fine. However the hotels hot water broke from November 3rd until the morning of November 5th. The staff refused to provide more than 1 nights compensation and also pretended (I hope) to be unaware of laws surrounding hotels providing water in Canada. Unfortunately this therefore has to be escalated beyond a simple chargeback and go through credit card companies and potentially small claims courts. Would highly recommend avoiding this hotel.
