Stayed at this hotel with a wedding party. Very good only have good things to say about it. Very clean attentive staff and the restaurant is absolutely amazing. Well priced with fresh food and outstanding presentation. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. They have a beautiful pool with nice warm water and a sauna and a gym . Five star all around.

Service was great, Room was extremely clean and Cozy. Front desk was lovely and very nice and helped us plenty. The mini bar prices were actually reasonable for a hotel which was a shock. The restaurant downstairs was Excellent. Very nice establishment.

There room we stayed at was nice. The person at the front counter that checked us in was pleasant. However, two things made our stay sub-par: Bottled water was not free. It wasn't even some fancy Evian water, but hotel-branded water. Most hotels would've included this as a courtesy. The heater stopped working some time in the middle of the night. We woke up freezing, but there was no point complaining since we were only staying overnight.

Terrible experience, avoid at all costs! We booked this hotel expecting a decent stay, but upon arriving in the evening we were told there was no running water. That meant no showers, no toilets, nothing except for the ground floor, which was hardly convenient. We were handed two bottles of water and offered no compensation whatsoever. The next morning, the situation got even worse: there was no water at all, not even on the ground floor. The shared toilets were disgusting, with feces everywhere and no way to flush or clean. Staff barely answered our questions and simply told us to “contact the manager in the following days.” Of course, the manager has been ignoring our calls and emails ever since. At the price they charge for rooms, this is absolutely unacceptable. I can understand that unforeseen issues may happen and sometimes be out of the hotel’s control, but providing proper follow-up and ensuring decent customer service is the bare minimum. My advice: avoid this place at all costs.
