The room we had was clean ans spacious. The shower was THE best, great water pressure. The pool and hot tub was always too busy for my liking, but it is a real hit for families. They have hot chocolate and cookies in the lobby❤️. Breakfast is included which saves us time and money.

Visited February 2026. The rooms were clean and roomy. We had a balcony with a beautiful mountain view. The hotel is somewhat dated but you can see they are taking the steps to update it. There was lots of staff at the hotel and they were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel itself was within walking distance to a few fast food restaurants. The elevator is the slowest elevator ever. The breakfast served both days was very good. I was quit impressed. My only issue with our stay was the pool. The water was very cloudy with an oily residue floating on top of the water. They REALLY NEED TO MAINTAIN the water on a daily basis, as there are many people using the pool and hot tub on a daily basis.

We stayed over this past weekend with our hockey team, and there were pros and cons. The rooms were very clean and the housekeeping was really kind and accommodating. The pool was great and clean. Location of the hotel is convenient. The front-end girl was not accommodating when initially checking in which left a negative impression for me. Also, they found the need to call every coach at 1am when there were kids roaming the hallways (none of which were ours), I found this to be an inconvenience and a disturbance. I understand not wanting to parent people’s children but simply escorting them back to their rooms would have been more productive than calling everyone at 1am. Over all it was a nice hotel. And I would stay there again.

Had an extended family getaway here. The rooms were clean, breakfast was good. Pool was packed but the kids loved it. There was a strong odour of furnace fuel or something, I had to sleep with the window open. Rude woman at the front desk when I called down before bed to inquire if the Olympic gold medal hockey game would be on the TV at breakfast. I was told “absolutely not!” And abruptly dismissed. Thankfully when I did go down to breakfast it was on the tv. Not sure why I got such a rude response to my question!
