I want to leave only a positive review, as I am very pleased with the apartment, area, location, transport interchange. The apartment is clean, cozy, has everything you need for a comfortable stay in it: furniture, dishes, household appliances. Sleeping area, quiet, calm, metro within walking distance, 20 minutes to the Downtown . There is a shopping center and many stores nearby. The owner of the apartment is a very good and kind person.

The apartment is well furnished, Internet, TV, has everything I need. Quiet, calm area, beautiful park, shops and two metro stations 5 minutes walk. There are no problems with parking; there is always a place, even in winter when there is a lot of snow. I am happy with this apartment.

The apartment was clean, bed was comfortable, plenty of street parking. Not too far from the things that we wanted to see and do in Montreal, including just a short walk to the canal.

This was my first apartment rental experience in Montreal. After several email exchanges with the landlord, we reached a mutual agreement, and I moved in. Upon arrival, the apartment was clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped, which made settling in much easier. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant, contributing to a peaceful atmosphere. The location is also very convenient: metro stations and bus stops are nearby, as are several grocery stores within a ten-minute walk. This made it easy to manage my shopping and getting around town. Finally, the proximity of Angrignon Park is a real plus. Although it's a small park, it's a lovely place for a stroll or to relax, especially on sunny days. In short, my stay was positive, and I have a very good impression of this apartment.
