Room was okay but no customer service at all. We waited almost 1 hour for check in. The guy doesn’t speak neither English nor French. So creepy the rooms have both front and back doors it made me feel so uncomfortable that my back door doesn’t even have a lock from inside. If you are a girl please don’t stay here alone it’s NOT SAFE

I was terrified to stay here because of many of the reviews... The man at the front desk was friendly. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable. There is a $100 deposit which we got back before departing. Kind of an up and coming neighbourhood...made ma a little uneasy. It is only an 8 minute drive from the city centre. Definitely getting what you pay for here. Would recommend spending $20/30 more to stay right in the city though.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I tried calling to ask a question and the man at the front desk refused to answer. He kept trying to hang up and was extremely dismissive. I will not be booking my stay here, glad I called before I did.

The room has two temps: icicle or hot. You can turn on the ac all you want and you will still feel humidity. The curtains are not blackout, so it lets in all the exterior light thru making it impossible to sleep The bathroom is very clean and the gentleman running this place is a sweetheart so that’s where the two starts are at The mattress is a little too hard and it becomes uncomfortable They also didn’t have a smoke alarm in our room I feel asleep and woke up probably about 4 times and it wasn’t even 6am It seems they are going through renovations, so there’s a chance it will be better eventually. This place has potential if they fix a few things
