We went as a family for brunch at their restaurant. The atmosphere was super! The food was very good. The people behind the buffet counters were so welcoming. The entertainment was great, thoroughly enjoyed Gregoire and his friend playing the guitar! The service at the tables though: horrible! For the price we paid the waitress named Caroline refused to give us a proper service! Twice we asked for coffee and twice she made as if she forgot! She did not ask the Kids what they wanted to drink. The excuses were made but we were left unattended! The funny thing is when we told her we were giving her too much work she agreed! Sheraton has a reputation for service and comfort! Unfortunately their restaurant isnt levelling to the Sheraton standards! Thanks to Karina for taking my complaint and trying to resolve this mishap! We hope it gets better and hope to come back with a better service at the price we paid!

This is the second time we’ve come to this hotel and it has been overrun by sports teams. If this hotel is going to focus on providing rooming for youth sports teams, they should then make an effort to offer rooms on other floors for guests, who are not a part of these organizations. What was supposed to be a relaxing Valentines night ended up being a stressful night of navigating loud youths. Not what was expected of this hotel. We Energy do another onewill not be back

I spent the night at the hotel checked in the front desk staff was very nice the issue I had was with our bed Booked a king size room every time we moved in the bed the frame making a lound sound my wife just got back from her flight and was up since 2am that day so she fell asleep I was up most of the night because of the noise the bed made when I told them at check out time they only said sorry to hear that and that was it. would not recommend this place for the money I spent for this room expected a lot more. The Spa was amazing the staff was great they get 10/10 but the hotel room 2/10

Room #407 – December 24 The room was not as shown in the pictures and was not renovated as advertised. Breakfast was honestly motel quality, which is disappointing considering this is a Sheraton. You expect much better standards. The pastries tasted stale burn, the eggs were the cheap type typically found in budget motels, and overall the food quality was very low. We ordered an American breakfast, yet we never received the cereal, bacon, or juice. I also asked for a glass of milk for my daughter and ketchup — neither were ever brought. The total was $55 USD + $10 tip (about $80 CAD), and it was absolutely not worth it. Service was not attentive, and the food quality did not match the brand’s reputation. Very disappointing experience I wont be going back next year
