We enjoyed our week stay. Beds were comfortable. I enjoyed the coffee press and tea in the room and the nice mugs. There was a mini fridge but it froze our drinks. There’s a hot tub but it’s not hot enough for a winter soak. The dinning room was lovely with beautiful mountain views. Staff was friendly and helpful. Easy to park our rental and very easy 2 min drive to town. 18 min drive to Sunshine and 40 minutes to Lake Louise.

There were 19 of us that booked for a team retreat at The Juniper and it was fantastic. The team took care of us from start to finish. Our rooms were cozy and the view of the Bow Valley was stunning. We loved making s'mores by the campfire. Breakfast was sensational and chef Sergio checked in with each guest to see how we enjoyed it. I can see why this breakfast is voted best in Banff year after year. The Vermillion meeting room was the perfect size for our group. I highly recommend the Juniper if you have a small group like ours and want an intimate setting where you will be cared for like family.

We had a great stay at the Juniper for 6 days. Staff was super helpful. Property was beautiful. Food was great too. Very convenient to Banff and ski areas. Wish the hot tub was a little hotter. Hudson went out of his way to help us.

We enjoyed our recent stay at The Juniper. The hotel has a quiet and calm atmosphere. I appreciate the acknowledgement of Indigenous history and the mid century modern look. We were fortunate to stay in one of the fireplace suites on the second floor. The views were spectacular! Great housekeeping. Enjoyed bathrobes and lots of fluffy towels. Yes, you are near the highway but we weren’t bothered by the noise at all and we couldn’t see the cars from inside our room. Staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Located outside of town, there is a free shuttle into downtown that was super easy and convenient. We have stayed at most Banff hotels over the past 30 years and are happy we found this hidden gem.
