We had the best relaxing time here. All of the amenities are fantastic, you can get a workout in still in their great gym. We really loved the campfire set up. They have everything to get a fire happening, seating, and even blankets nearby to use for an even cozier fire. Look forward to coming back here again to experience in the summer. Fat bikes were fun to use too.

We booked Baker Creek for a few days after Christmas for some quiet relaxing time and man did it deliver! The property is absolutely stunning, a perfect picturesque winter wonderland. They have a skating rink (didn’t seem to be running for our visit though), fire pits by the river with wood prepared, and beautiful groomed walking and cross country ski paths. We stayed in the jacuzzi suite and it was perfect for us. It was immaculately clean (I noticed even the ceiling fan was perfectly dusted which is something often forgotten). If I had one complaint it would be the beds are a bit hard but that’s really personal preference. The staff are all absolutely lovely especially the gals working the front desk and cafe. I will absolutely be returning!

An absolutely quintessential winter getaway at Baker Creek By Basecamp. We opted for a stay close to Lake Louise Ski Resort, whilst also desiring a stay that offered an opportunity to seemingly tuck away from the world for a respite. Baker Creek provided exactly what we were looking for in a stay. The check in process was smooth. The staff were friendly. The rooms were very spacious and yet also cosy and warm. We found the beds to be comfortable. The coffee provided was excellent! The views from the room were of a winter wonderland. We quite enjoyed the village vibe and thoughtful touches such as the lighting, firewood for the fire-pits, the wee ice rink with lights and hockey sticks, and the s’mores packages available for purchase. We highly recommend and look forward to a return.

I had been wanting to stay at Baker Creek for years after following them on instagram years ago. We finally booked the stay and we couldnt have been more impressed. This quiet, cozy location hidden in Lake Louise is exactly what you expect a "cabin in the woods" to look like. The rooms are perfect for those wanting a rustic, but very cozy and comfortable stay. Many Banff area hotel and cabins are being modernized to the point where they have lost their "feel". These cabin are perfect and feature a wood burning fire place that pumped out the heat and made it extra comfortable to sit in the big leather chairs and enjoy a nice glass of scotch. The staff were extremely kind and helpful and a really nice touch is the fresh fine ground coffee they give you for the morning at check in. (No cheap hotel coffee here!) The area has several cabins but at no point did it feel busy or loud. Our evening walk was stunning with the moon lighting up the mountains and trees. The beds are top notch and make you want to lay in bed and watch the snow fall from the massive glass french doors and windows all day. Water to our unit was hot and came quickly when the taps were tuned on. The jacuzzi in the room was great and was much needed after a day of hiking. Some reviews have complained about the wifi, for the tiny bit that we used it, it worked fine but do your best to put the phones away and just sit in this stunning location and take it in. Our only regret was not staying longer but we look forward to coming back and taking in more of what Baker Creek has to offer. 5/5 for sure!
