We stayed at Hotel Le Germain over New Year’s Eve 2025 and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The room was beautiful, the staff were amazing, and the concierge team went above and beyond. A special thank you to Alberto for arranging gorgeous flowers in our room after we got engaged. It was such a thoughtful touch that made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommend this hotel!

What a gem of a hotel! The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Walking distance to everything but in a quieter area so it feels more relaxed. We all loved the coffee machine in the lobby as well as the cozy fireplace. The only thing to note is there is very little storage drawers in the rooms. A dresser or nightside tables with drawers would have been appreciated. Thanks for the stay!! Would recommend to friends and family.

Loved our stay here. Quiet, comfortable rooms with bathrobes, complimentary coffee & tea. Housekeeping replenish fresh drinking water for the room each evening. Good buffet breakfast, which you can order to your room for the same price. No restaurant on site, but plenty of amazing restaurants close by. Quiet location just a short walk to the main streets. On site parking at rear of hotel. All staff were incredibly helpful, polite & accommodating.

Stayed here over the weekend of October 17-18, completely charming and a must stay in Quebec. Spacious, clean & well appointed room. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind, genuinely interested in your comfort and very quick delivery to the room if you need anything. Spring for the Harbor View, worth it! Lots of restaurants within walking distance. We stayed at Chateau Frontenac for 1 night…wished we had remained at the Germaine. Much better experience!
