We had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms are modern and clean, the location is within walking distance to everything and the owner, Sabina is efficient and very funny! The price is very reasonable compared to most downtown Ottawa hotels The area can be a little sketchy with homeless people however we had no issues even when walking at night.

Family owned small hotel with wonderful people and very warm welcome 🥰 Room and linen extremely clean. That will be my only place whenever I’m in Ottawa. We had a Great stay and we really felt like home.

Nice room but no services at all and even the cleaning is done every 2 days if you don’t ask specifically (and nobody tells you at arrival). The surrounding area is not really safe although it is close to the city center and nice places and restaurants. Really sad they did not restore the services after COVID and still use this as an excuse (although price is comparable to most of the hotels beside)

I like this hotel but it is not for everyone. Rooms are excellent, the owner is onsite and is charming. This boutique. But if you’re looking for amenities, there is no gym, bottled water, room service, cable tv, or even an elevator. My room was very clean, bed was comfortable and bedding white, clean, and luxurious. There was ample space and a perfect desk for working. Would I stay here again? Yes. Would I recommend, yes, but with the aforementioned caveats.
