I’ve been a resident here since 2009, which says a lot about how much I like living here. The apartment is in a very convenient location, close to the subway and easy to get around. Management (Klaudjo) is great—friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. Overall, it’s a comfortable and well-managed place to live.

I've been living at this location for 17 years and like the location (Subway Station). Klaudjo the manager of the building keeps everything clean and safe. He is easy to speak to and always respond of any request (he is an honest person and if he can't satisfy your request, he will tell you). Overall, in my opinion we have a nice location and nice neighborhood.

Been here for almost a year now and I’m happy to be here. It’s accessible- you can take transit or drive with ease! The neighborhood is cute with lots nearby. Klaudjo (management) is fantastic always helpful and responsive. Would recommend.

Great location and well maintained ! The superintendent Klaudio is always doing his very best to ur needs. if anything breaks, or needs fixing within a few days it all gets resolved ! Thank you for always keeping up with the good work and maintaining the building in good condition.
