Great location. Bathroom smelled like marijuana when we came in. Which was weird. Sink in bathroom is too small. No where to put any other items on the counter. Great shower. Bed was comfortable. Pull out sofa literally had hair and some hairs were questionable. I selected this room for the pull out- paid a bit more and it was dirty. Carpeting is greasy. Made our socks dirty. Coffee was never supplied in our room- housekeeping forgot it. There was convenient coffee available in the lobby. I think we'll skip this place next time. Older gentlemen did not even acknowledge our existence at express check out. Courtesy goes a long way.

I stayed here a few days ago and the location is good, however the rooms are quite small! Smallest room I have ever stayed in. Pardon me, the European rooms have been smaller than this room, however one does not expect it here in Canada. I was alone and it was cramped. A couple would definitely find it a bit tight. I didn’t have enough room to do my yoga! The bed was a bit saggy but comfortable enough. The pillows were fine. The reading light above the bed is more for ambiance than for reading! Please hotel designers, we need a good reading light by the bed! That’s a must! The coffee in the lobby is ok? I would prefer it a bit stronger but then again, I like it stronger than most. The hotel staff are A1! Very pleasant and helpful no matter your concern or query.

We booked king size bedroom for 2 nights but ended up cancelling 1 night and had to spend 1 night there because we reached late in night,had no option. Room was very small, hallway area outside of rooms was very creepy and bathroom had smallest sink in the world of I think 6inch size (picture attached),They have lot of space for standard size sink and vanity,no ventilation in bathroom Receptionist were helpful for sure.. Replying to Sandman’s reply: We were told this was the best one,other available ones were worse condition than this and this room wasn’t cheap,total cost was $281 Room size was alright for 2 people but look at sink you can’t even brush your teeth in there properly,can barely wash hands.This is smallest sink in market

What an incredibly lovely accommodation! My group and I stayed here for the recent TWICE concert at the Roger’s Arena and having such a nice and close place to our activities was a huge highlight. Sandman Hotel accommodated our late checkout and we genuinely appreciated all of the help from the kind staff members every single time we went to the front desk for help. The rooms were clean, having access to a microwave AND a mini fridge was a huge bonus. The shower pressure is wonderful and the bathroom was comfortable and bright to get ready in and to freshen up. The temperature in the room was easily adjustable. The best part of the hotel room was also the incredibly comfortable yet soft beds, plenty of outlets and a great view. It was pleasant to have access to the pool and gym with our stay too! I’m excited to book with Sandman Hotel for the second time and would highly consider coming back during the next trip. I would like to give a shout out to Shiv at the front desk for his great customer service; all of the staff members have been great to us. :)
