Air condition does not cool the room, the water temperature keeps changing from hot to cold while you are showering. We were put in the oldest section of the building while there are many empty rooms in the new section of the building. We noted that all staffs are Indian and that all Indian guests were put into nicer section. It is the worst experience we have with motel, especially for $140/night. Unless you are Indian, I won’t recommend this place.

Fitted sheets did NOT stay on the king sized mattress during ordinary night of sleep. This was not only in uncomfortable but unsanitary as mattresses are not regularly cleaned. Only 3 rather flat pillows provided for a king-sized bed. Since one is forced to use the bed as seating this is insufficent. Only one chair in a two person room is more than inadequate. It is thoughtless. There is an 8 inch step up to the bathroom but no safety rail to prevent slipping - very uncomfortable to those of limited mobility. On the whole a very disappointing experience.

After reading all these bad reviews about this place, I have a different take on things. This place is newly renovated as well appointed kitchens in their rooms which is more like a studio apartment that it is a motel room they have new appliances including full size fridge induction hot plate air fryer as well as a microwave and toaster turn off hot water kettle. You can tell that the kitchen is brand new. Sometimes you have to supply yourself like towels and face cloths. Which makes it more like an apartment that it does a motel room. They come and clean your room once a week and change your sheets, which is all you're really going to get the post covid era that we were in. Francis and Eric are very nice people very polite and very thorough when you check in they have a very strong internet and it's very quiet at night time. I haven't seen any signs of bed bugs or any bugs for that matter. I've been living on the road hey motels from coast to coast doing the job that I do I would prefer a room like this over a room at Eddie Motel chain. For someone that's working on the road and looking for reasonable accommodations at a reasonable price I give this place five stars. I just stated the Travelodge not far from here for $180 a night drastically overpriced have no service whatsoever. I highly recommend this Value Inn a lot of the reviews you see here are from 3 four or five years ago.

The wallpaper was peeling. We were only provided 2 towels for 3 people, not that you'd want to take a shower in the stained tub. Also the towels were covered with what looked like mold spots from being put away wet. The comforter on one bed had cigarette holes burned into it and had brown stains on the inside of it. Never coming back nor will I recommend Value Inn to anyone.
