Florian was very helpful and kind! Our toilet had not been flushing, as I believe the tank wasn’t filling up. We contacted the management team via email, and they reached out to us swiftly. Florian was very kind and outgoing when we talked to him, he quickly and calmly created a solution to our problem. He fixed the water tank efficiently and swiftly with a great attitude and bright demeanor. 10/10

This review is for Sandra, Stephen and Tricia. Sandra - very thorough in her work, never complaining about the mess they people leave, especially at the garbage chute. To nice to complain, she is fixing things as good as she can. Friday afternoon, management was not answering my calls, my balcony door got blocked. Being always ready to help she came to try herself and she sent the super on call to help or assess the situation. She is one of the nicest person I know and the most reliable worker :-) Stephen - the super that helped me with multiple repairs I need in my apartment. Kind, efficient, thorough with his work, polite and always happy. Is a pleasure to deal with him as you know he will always fix your problem. He repaired my balcony door Monday next, after the request went to management. Tricia - very polite, nice and efficient in her management work. She always give her full attention to your request, follows up, lets you know the next steps and makes sure you are satisfied. Great team!

We live in the apt 321/199 ,we had an issue today with heating and kitchen faucet and our super Florian came right away and he fixed both the heating in bedroom and also he fixed the kitchen faucet so fast , I couldn’t belive it he just did in couple of minutes, we are happy to have a super like Florian, He is fast ,and very helpful with other needs when we ask him , he is very polite and approchable! Thanks to Florian!

Florian and the team are great superintendents, maintaining the place and helping meet tenant needs. The cleaning staff is very friendly and do a great job at ensuring tenants live in a clean space they can be proud of.
