My hockey team and I had an incredible weekend at this hotel. The evening staff was amazing, especially the supervisor. Unfortunately, I don’t know her name, but she was short with long black hair. She had so much to manage with all the hockey teams that were there that weekend, and she handled everything so well! If I were the manager, and I knew the person replacing me for the weekend managed the hotel the way she did, I would be so proud to have her on my team. Thank you again for the great service — we truly appreciated . Hotel was great

Was supposed to be a short trip to ON from NB, ended up staying longer than expected, stopped at this hotel for the night to get some sleep before heading back to Fredericton, NB. , (⚠️⚠️TMI⚠️⚠️) my father ran out of his prescription meds therefore couldn’t drive or barley even move without v0miting, we paid in cash, hotel room and deposit in full the first night,(morning of checkout) i went down in the morning to pay for another night so we could get an emergency prescription fill of his medication so he could drive. The lady at the front desk pulled up our room number, told me the total would be $210 i had to go back upstairs , ask my dad, get more money and go back down for her to then proceeded to ask for a credit card. we don’t have one, we paid in cash. she then proceeded to tell me that we owed for the night we just slept there plus the night i was trying to add on as-well, around $300, which again, we already paid for the first night.?, so after she finally figured out how to do her job, i paid, everything was fine. Me, my bf, my dad. all went to shoppers 10 minutes up the road for about 2 hours to get an emergency prescription of his medications filled, we came back. and our cards were deactivated and we were locked out of our room. we were never given a reason why but the front desk had to bring us up new cards as my father was collapsed on the floor in front of our door almost crying cause of the amount of pain he was in (nerve damage.) he just needed to get to the bathroom, puke bag in hand. and it was really embarrassing standing there waiting as he didn’t want to start puking in front of people. the cleaning lady was one room away from going into ours before we got there to clean it for new guests ( i assume ) so she was standing there the whole time after she called the front desk. Mind you while my bf and dad were going up to our room i asked the front desk if more towels, blankets and toilet paper could be brought up to our room, which we couldn’t even get into. It’s also 22$ per person for breakfast, so i would definitely recommend either finding a hotel that has a free breakfast, or at least pay for it included with your stay as i saw it’s cheaper if you pay for it with your room. The food there is delicious, definitely would recommend the classic burger if you do stay here!(it is kinda pricey), They definitely need some kind of sign asking everyone to share the hot tub, the first night we got there all me and my bf wanted to do was go relax in the hot tub, just to go down there and see there’s someone in it (which was totally okay, we didn’t mind sharing) until she started standing in the middle of the hot tub going in circles giving us weird looks (lol), pool is nice though, definitely wouldn’t say it’s “that” heated compared to a regular pool. Oh, and our tv wasn’t facing any of the beds which none of the pictures showed tvs being displayed towards the wall. , and we definitely didn't like the “community” microwave by the vending machine as our room didn’t have that either. If you’re coming here with any kind of haul. do not follow your gps through the front. there is a side entrance to the back parking lot that we did not know of till we went to shoppers. 🥴 If you have motion sickness or fears of elevators, don’t stay here. they do not have stairs. only stairs they have are emergency exits to outside.

The hotel has a very good location, just about a 15-minute drive from the city center, which makes it convenient without being in a busy area. One strong advantage is the free parking, which is definitely a plus and adds good value, especially for guests traveling by car. The rooms are somewhat dated, but overall they are acceptable and functional. Everything works as expected, and the stay is comfortable enough for a short visit.

Great hotel and location but the noise was unbearable. They book out party rooms and leave no room for hotel guests to find parking. Reserve parking for overnight hotel guests please. Send the party folks to another lot. They allow people to stand out in hallways and carry on conversations well past their 10 PM noise curfew. They have parties in the open area that also allow the sound to carry throughout the hotel. We heard noise well past midnight. With hotel guests spending $200 a night you catered your party and party rooms to those who come, make noise and leave. Remember your guests and allow them to have a quiet night’s accommodation.
