The security guards pick sides based off skin color and religious views. Total Discrimination. You report a complaint to the guards on duty at the Antrims, you receive a no reply, or you get a reply that says "we will check it out and inform management". What and How does that improve the situation that's happening at the very moment... management works on business days during business hours, the complaints that arrive after hours cannot be handled by management right away. All management can do is send out letters... so don't hope for security guards or management to help you out. You still gotta pay rent tho. A list of issues with the Antrims building units: (this applies to 1 , 11 , 20 , 30, 41 Antrim building properties). -the units itself age quick and walls around windows will fall apart. -people that live here wash their balcony and it pours over onto your balcony. -people that live here throw cigarette buds over their balcony. -cars broken into at night. -elevators dirty, kids playing in the elevators, corridors, staircase, lobby area, parking lot, etc. -amazon packages stolen from front door -no hot water at times, poor air curculation, elevators might smell good on a good day. -cleaning staff holds elevators on service mode causing extreme elevator wait times. -potholes on Antrim crescent and dundalk road for DECADES. Bandaid fixes do not last long, thank you city of toronto. -limited security cameras, do not expect management or security guards to help you out with security camera footage. -underground parking garage is a highway, cars speeding 40/50KM/H. -school area causes plenty of traffic, school busses stop at inconvenient spots on Antrim and Dundalk. Car's park on the side illegally. -cockroaches and mice infested in the apartment -a lot more issues, lease an apartment for 3,000.00$ a month and find out how bad it is. REPLY TO OWNER: i speak for family and friends of mine who reside in the Antrim buildings who aren't good at speaking English. They have been living for years at the Antrims, and they mentioned all these issues to me. please continue to write letters, that's all you can do. security hides behind management, management hides behind security. Its OK, it's like that everywhere.

Hello all, I moved in not too long ago and I absolutely love it here, not so much the superintendent tho. The area is clean, nice green space, all the shops and close to the 401. The manager Jennifer has gone above and beyond, i was unable to pay my rent due to a problem with my job; I called the lady Jennifer she helped me, she spoke to me when I was feeling so down and depressed; she didn't make me feel ashamed and she also gave me information for my mental health and my finances. Now i am back on my feet and have my life back on track. There aren't much people in the world with that type of patience and kindness. thank you

Don't do it! I moved in and out of this place within 24 hours. The "clean spacious apartment" was infested with dead and dying cockroaches. I was quickly refunded my deposit and rent, however was strung along while i chased the property manager down for $100 worth of unnecessary fees to move and store our then contaminated furniture and belongings. All we got was an apology, and after they refused to compensate us for our time and inconvenience....$100 down the drain for a huge huge waste of time. P.S if they tell you its an isolated incident... its not.

1 Antrim crescent is no longer feel safe here, Extremely unprofessional attitude, very rude Fraudulent landlord superintendent, The bathroom's , kitchen ceiling has had mold growing on the ceiling since I moved in here. Cockroaches THEY ARE EVERYWHERE doesn't keep the building clean, police are here constantly, Do not rent here!
