I moved to 370 Queens Quay in November. For the past 3 months, the heater in my unit has not been working and they have failed to fix it. The maintenance worker they sent to my unit (named Chan) was rude, used offensive language inside my home, changed the thermostat settings, took photos, and then left. After that, management claimed the heater was working, which is absolutely not true. Management has been completely unhelpful regarding this issue. If you want to live in a freezing cold apartment with no support from management, this is the perfect place for you!!

Constant water shut downs. There is no visitor parking for residents who moved to the building after 2019 . Edit March 2022 - The amenities are open now. Edit August 2025 - Management charging $50/month to use the new amenities. Edit December 2025 - Visitor parking is now available.

If you’re looking into renting at 370 Queens Quay W (the brand new one), keep in mind that the building uses Wyse metering which makes tenants pay for all the building’s utilities. As a result, I’m paying for “thermal fees”, which totalled $108.45 for the month of October, even though I had turned off heating and air conditioning during that whole month. I emailed Wyse about it and they answered that even if I don’t actively use heating or air conditioning, a base charge still applies..! You’ll also get charged high “delivery fees” for hydro and water on top of your consumption. Basically your monthly utility bill for 2 persons in a one bedroom will be over $300 per month. This was not disclosed when I signed the lease and is definitely impacting my planned monthly budget. Also, I’ve had a water infiltration in my unit. It has been almost a month now and I’m still living with a hole in my ceiling and stains looking like mold, with no update on when this will be fully fixed.!

The maintenance workers entered our unit, used offensive and abusive language toward us, and attempted to act aggressively. One of them threatened me by saying that if I filed a complaint, nothing would change. This behavior is completely unacceptable, and I do not feel safe having these individuals sent to my unit again.
