Took advantage of this hotels stay and fly service. Our family stayed here the night before departure for our trip and again upon return. I was aware of the renovations taking place but this did not affect our stay. The rooms were quite clean and the beds were very comfortable. I was impressed that the night of our return the hotel had the sofa bed made up and ready for us, as we are a family of 5. The pool area is very clean and the gym facilities looked well maintained as well. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the shuttle driver was excellent and helpful. I also thought the rates were very reasonable considering we had our vehicle parked on their property for 9 days.

Rooms were spacious and decent. Our room had food/dirt under the beds, wi-fi barely worked, they never plowed the parking lot the entire time we were there (4 days) and there was at least 5-6" of snow - I had to put in 4 wheel drive just to park. Under renovation so that sucked too - not sure why you'd host a hockey team when under renovation. Gentleman working the "restaurant" was rude and not friendly at all. Apparently he expected a tip for ringing up a pop and juice that I got from the cooler....

This is my favourite hotel near Pearson airport because of how small and cozy it is. I like that the decor is "dated" and worn here and there, but understand that most people don't think that way. I hope the renovation doesn't make it lose its charm. The food is also good and staff at the desk are helpful.

Had a really great stay overall, even with the renovations going on at the property. I know construction can be annoying sometimes, but honestly the staff made it way easier than expected. Parth at the front desk was especially helpful and took the time to explain everything and make sure I was comfortable. Any questions I had were answered right away and I never felt like I was being brushed off or rushed. You could tell he actually cared about making the stay a good one, which makes a big difference when things aren’t perfect due to renos. Still enjoyed my time here and I’m already looking forward to coming back once everything is finished. If the service stays like this after the renovation is done, it’s going to be even better.
