Luna apartments have been going downhill since new management took over about 1.5 years ago. Annual rent increases are now over 6%. The lounge used to be a complimentary amenity and it's now a minimum of $350 to rent. If you forget your key somewhere by accident, they charge you $50 to let you into your apartment. When you ask management to discuss, they are very dismissive. The doormen and maintenance guys are really excellent, though.

Management has went down from past years. Building is nice however communication from management is harsh and is not like the past years. Customer service is very helpful although there are things available before that we must pay for extra now. Good location but worth doing your homework.

My best friend and I (both in our 20s) have been living in this Luna Apartment complex in Montreal, and it has genuinely been the best rental experience either of us have had. During a particularly brutal heat wave, our apartment's A/C broke down, but Vanessa and her team jumped into action right away. She personally delivered and set up a portable unit to tide us over, and we were blown away by how quickly and thoughtfully she handled the situation. You can tell she truly puts herself in the tenant's shoes and works hard to make sure we’re comfortable, even in the most inconvenient circumstances. On top of being incredibly responsive, she’s also just genuinely friendly, personable, and takes the time to recognize and address your concerns. Maintenance has also been stellar. Anytime we’ve submitted a request, whether it was for the kitchen faucet, lighting issues, or even having an electrical port installed in the bathroom, they’ve come within a day. For two 20-somethings living in the city and navigating all the typical "adulting" challenges, having a reliable and efficient team to help with these tasks been such a relief. :) I’ve truly never felt this cared for by a landlord or rental company. They consistently go out of their way to make sure their tenants are supported and happy and that kind of service is rare. I can honestly say this has been the most positive and stress-free living situation I’ve ever had. I 100% recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking to move to a high-end, warm and safe living experience!

I’ve been living here for five years, and my experience has been wonderful. Luna is outstanding—the entire team is incredibly kind and always eager to help. The building itself is kept clean and perfectly located. Throughout the year, the community organizes great activities like BBQs, ice cream socials, and Easter egg hunt. I don’t plan to leave anytime soon
