The apartment is impeccably maintained and highly secure, with attentive building staff always available to address any issues promptly. Its prime location offers generously sized apartments at a reasonable rate, making it an ideal choice. Having lived here without incident or concern for three years, I wholeheartedly recommend renting in this building.

My partner and I have been living at Rockliffe Arms for many years and couldn’t be happier here. The building manager Gaetane and the superintendent Dave are very attentive to our needs and always have a moment to spare for us. The building is well maintained, clean and safe. There are many longtime residents here for multiple reasons and these are just a few. And of course, you can’t beat seeing beautiful daily sunsets!

This place is amazing! I have only lived here a short time but I am already impressed with the experience. As soon as my girlfriend and I got here the supervisor Dave showed us around, gave us our welcome package, and was very friendly and helpful. Gaetane, the building manager, has done a great job making us feel at home too. We love our apartment and the views from the rooftop patio. And the neighbours and surrounding neighbourhood are awesome too! You can see the grocery store from the front of the building and you have easy access to the 417 down Vanier Parkway. Just an all around great place to live.

I've lived here for the past three years. Being a little nervous having moved from the UK, Dave and Gaetane immediately made Rockcliffe Arms feel like home. It's an extremely clean, quiet and safe building, with a recently upgraded front-door intercom system. Dave keeps the building clean and ship-shape and Gaetane is so kind and easy to talk to. Highly recommended!
