Very nice and clean room with comfortable bed. Fantastic and accommodating service. They have social hour from 5 30 to 7 pm where they offer free light snacks and 2 free drinks. Great breakfast with variety of options ( omelet, bacon, fresh fruits ect) and plenty of seating. Free airport shuttle. I am not sure if they run on schedule though- we had to call fom the airport and wait for about 15 minutes and sign up for a time slot to ride from the hotel to the airport. It looks less upscale than the one by Pearson Airport but still very nice. We stayed there twice and enjoyed it every visit.

Do not book this hotel if you need the airport shuttle after midnight. We arrived to the Montreal airport at 12:30 only to find out the hotel does not offer shuttle after midnight. With my husband, father and three little kids, this was awful. I only booked this hotel assuming we could use the shuttle to quickly get there, have five hours of sleep and then get back to the airport for our next flight. Instead we spent $70 in taxi fees to get to the hotel. Then despite being the only people there for check-in it took a while. The staff had other key cards ready for people, but ours was not ready. by this point it was 1:30am when we got to the room. The hotel itself is very nice - we barely got to try the breakfast as it opened at 6:30 and we had to leave by 6:45. Very unhappy that the hotel does not say in its booking or on their website that the shuttle has hours of operation. I would have 100% booked at another hotel if I had known this.

The hotel looks newly renovated. The room floors are all “marble” so be sure to bring slippers in the colder months because it’s definitely not cozy. The bright white fluorescent lights also lead to an overall cold feeling in the winter. The blinds in my room did not open so I couldn’t let natural light in. The layout, small kitchenette and modern bathroom are great. I did not interact with any staff as I used a digital key.

I’ve been here a couple of times now and I’m always impressed with the rooms and the service. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I love the free drink coupons for the bar. Decent breakfast with several options. Plenty of parking. Shampoo/soap smells really good. Shuttles to the airport! The only thing that could be improved is the dusting of the rooms and having proper soap to wash hands (instead of a face bar). I do recommend!
