My boyfriend and I stayed there for the Offspring concert last night. We were so impressed with the cleanliness of not just the room,but the hotel as well! The beds were super comfy. We had enough towels and miscellaneous items that come in the room. Checking in took a bit of time simply because they were so busy, but all in all the whole experience was done within 10 minutes. Breakfast this morning was a buffet style breakfast. Sausage, scrambled eggs, cereal, potato patties, muffins, fruit....there is way too much to mention. We have agreed that ANY time we need to go to Ottawa, we will be spending the night in one of your rooms if we are able to. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

We had a wonderful stay at the Microtel by Wyndham in Kanata, Ontario. From the moment we arrived, the hotel stood out for its exceptional cleanliness, welcoming atmosphere, and very comfortable beds — we slept great each night. The complimentary breakfast was fresh and well-maintained, with plenty of options to start the day. What truly made our stay special, though, was the outstanding front desk team. Pranjali and Namrata were incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely cared that we were comfortable. Their warm service made us feel right at home — a heartfelt thank-you to both of them for making our visit so enjoyable. The location is also very convenient, close to the outlet mall and many restaurants, which made dining and shopping easy during our stay. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Kanata/Ottawa area.

Rooms and hôtel very clean , super nice staff. Room are nice and bed very comfortable and for a family friendly hôtel , I did not hear others on hallways. Breakfast was amazing . Eggs sausages waffles cede jus cereal bread muffins bagglwa potatoes beans tea fruits all tasted fresh . I highly recommend this place !

Some issues but overall great. Cons: Silverfish in the shower. Room keys don’t work for gym and my key didn’t work at first. Bed way too soft for us. Nobody at desk when needed once. Needed white noise to drown out other guests. Pros: let us plug our PHEV for free to a light post. Was able to turn on AC to 68 F. Blackout curtains. Clean. Gym is very nice, free weights, weight machine, several treadmills, rowing machine, bike, two elliptical a. Pool and hot tub.
