We had a long layover after staying this hotel. They let us store our luggage safely and let us stay at their spacious lobby. We had a great experience. I don't understand why the ratings are not high. Yes, this place could be dated, but the room and facilities were very clean. Super close to the airport is fantastic! We booked last minute but everything went smoothly and gave us Kate checkout as well. We even met a cool world traveler, she mentioned that this hotel is her go to hotel. Oh, bed was really comfortable too.

Thank you to Alka at the desk for the amazing customer service. Without asking, she updated our booking for us when our circumstances changed. Our stay at this hotel was perfect. It is clean and our room was spacious. The heated floor in the bathroom was a nice touch, but the towels are on the smaller size compared to our hotels we have stayed at. We enjoyed the many amenities of the hotel, especially the free shuttle to the airport. Reliable and great service. We will be back next time we are travelling!

Great hotel! Clean rooms, very accommodating staff, it was an all around great stay! The breakfast buffet is Amazing. It worth going just for the buffet. The hostess Sasha was so nice and the wait staff were incredible. I very Highly recommend this hotel

There was a serious lack of service during our stay. The corporate rate, which had been validated by IHG specifically for this hotel, was refused by the hotel manager, who denied the discount code was even valid. On top of this pricing inconsistency, I found the room's hygiene to be mediocre at best. Reading the reviews below, it's clear we aren't the first to notice this lack of cleanliness. The attitude of both the manager and the front desk staff was completely unprofessional; they refused any form of mediation. This stay in no way reflects IHG’s brand standards, as I was able to confirm at three other properties we visited afterward—which were incomparable to this one. Honestly, this hotel on Dixon Road is a disgrace to the IHG name. Do not go there; for the price paid, you can easily find much better value elsewhere."
