We’ve had a wonderful experience living at Lonsdale Square. From the very beginning, Krishna made our move-in process incredibly smooth and stress-free. His friendly and helpful demeanor made us feel welcomed and supported right away. The apartment itself is fantastic - it's well-maintained, spacious, and in a great location. We’ve really enjoyed our time here. Krishna has always been responsive to our needs and concerns making sure our stay is as comfortable as possible. We truly appreciate his dedication to providing excellent tenant service. We highly recommend Lonsdale Square and Krishna as a property manager to anyone looking for a fantastic rental experience.

Tyler was incredibly helpful throughout my leasing process. He showed me the unit very kindly, answered all my questions right away, and always replied to emails quickly. He made the whole experience smooth and stress-free, and I really appreciate his support. Highly recommend!

recently moved from out of province, and can personally vouch for the minto/lonsdale sqaure team (special shoutout to henry & tyler!) - very professional and the staff overall are kind and accommodating. my only con(s) is that there is a bit of a wait time whenever trying to get in touch with the team. otherwise, when you do get in touch they are very prompt about assisting where they can. the building is also completely digital, while it can be handy, at times (i.e., power outages) it can be troublesome. lastly, could be a make or break for some, but the building doesn't have centralized AC in the units, which i guess is typical for the city. building is very clean, secure and very well maintained. very accessible via transit, and you're right by the exit to highway 1 for driving. overall close to everything you need, and the community and fellow tenants are all friendly. would recommend for prospective tenants for sure!
