Lived here for more than a year. Best thing here is the location, people are so friendly! We often have karaoke in the lounge and some activities initiated by the tenants. Theres also good set of amenities except the hot tub is always not working. Its just really so small like sometimes I would feel suffocated.

I moved from Ontario to Vancouver to work for a year. Apt was great for me because: 1) I had no furniture. Apt spaces come furnished 2) Regularly scheduled community events (board game nights, BBQs, murder mysteries) helped me build my friend network 3) Saved me money. You are paying a lot for a small space. BUT, you will have a hard time finding a cheaper bachelor in Vancouver's hot housing market Other things to keep in mind are: -All inclusive utilities. Internet, electricity, heating included. Internet can be unreliable depending on the room -Amazing views on the north side of the building. South side heats up in the summer though. -Flexible lease terms can range from a few months to a year. These are great for people who want to get to know the area before finding a more permanent setup -Amazing amenities include: pool (open only in the summer), hot tub, small gym, on-site pay-per-use laundry and miniput. Miniput is rarely used though -Contrary to many of the other reviews here, I had no issues or complaints with the staff -These are small microunits. There isn't much space for excess food, clothes or furniture. Storage units are available in the basement. I used these to store my hiking and snowboarding equipment

Living here has been a wonderful experience. The amenities such as the jacuzzi and the spas has made living here joyous and relaxing. I've also came across different people from different walks of live that I gladly call my friends. A lot of people here as well are ambitious, driven, and colourful in the greatest ways. Nonetheless, if you're looking for a place that you can endure the small sizes, definitely take advantage of meeting the people here who made this apartment a home away from home.

Lived at APT for 2 great years. Absolutely loved it. Had a north facing apartment on the 7th floor which meant I got to enjoy a million dollar view at a very reasonable rate. Yes, the rooms are small - but you adjust quickly, soon you don't notice that it's small and it always feels just right. There is actually quite a bit of decent storage in the room too which was great for me since I have a shopping/clothes problem. Fantastic amenities, a real perk if you take advantage of them. Furnished rooms, balcony, pool, hot tub, gym, game room, entertaining rooms, beautifully kept gardens, wifi/cable included in your already cheap rent. You won't live anywhere else on your own in this nice of area for the price they charge. Jason and the rest of the management was great. Any issues with the room was dealt with within 2 days at most. Only complaint, and this was no fault of APT, but I couldn't stand the bar fridge. Made cooking and shopping hard because food would spoil really quickly and the freezer was useless. But the space is way too small for a real fridge, so it was great to have anything at all. Walls can be thin too, so depending on your neighbour you could have some annoyance there. Not for everyone, but for those who can adjust to the smaller space - you get A LOT more than you're giving up. Thankful I got to experience life at APT, it was really special for me.
