Hotel is beautifully curated and gorgeous down to the tiniest details. Staff is incredible. Location is ideal for getting around (via walking) to see the main sites of Quebec City without being inundated with people in the tourist heavy spots. This was my boyfriend and I's first time to Quebec City and could not have been more pleased with the choice to stay at the Hotel Maurice. The staff and hotel itself were such a lovely experience that we often decided to eat there for dinner instead of the reservations we had booked at other various restaurants. The hotel is unique...the rooms are unique....so if you are someone who prefers the more traditional and cookie cutter rooms of a Marriott/Hilton/etc. this is probably not the hotel for you. We stayed in room 304 (video below) and it was exceptional. The rooms are each a little different so if you have specific needs I would recommend paying attention to the specifications of the rooms you book online or calling/emailing the hotel directly to get their advice on which room would suit your ideal experience. Highly recommend. Will stay at The Maurice again if we ever travel back to QC.

Visited from Toronto. This is a very chic Boutique hotel with nicely interior designed rooms for a comfortable stay. We really enjoyed our king size bed suite. Lots of space in the room and the set up made an excellent place to stay a night or more. In particular the heated floors. However service here can be improved by staff. The front desk staff were not welcoming during checkin. Also no one at the front entrance majority of the time to even let you know that Reception is on a different floor. Lastly there is construction going on in the hallways which was a downside.

Rooms are great, cigar lounge is a definite plus. I used to book this hotel every time I came to Quebec city for my staff and myself but they recently raised their prices like crazy, to the point that booking at the legendary Château Frontenac was actually cheaper *and* included free valet parking. It's a shame but I probably won't book here again.

Our stay at Hotel Maurice was hands down one of the best experiences we’ve ever had! The room was incredible, a perfect blend of a unique and modern experience. The location was also perfect, only a 10 minute walk from the center city with many stores, restaurants and pubs within a short distance from the hotel. A special shoutout to Romena at the reception, she really enriched our experience! She was super friendly and very accommodating! Highly recommend staying here for the best experience.
