A world class experience one hour from home! The hotel was fantastic and some of the best meals we have had. service of course was top notch. The spa and pools were an incredible way to spend a day and a night. What an amazing way to get away and all so close to home. Definitely doing this again and again and again......

We have been so many times now, and it’s clearly one of our favourite places to come to. There is always so much to do, whether hiking, skating, skiing, s’mores, spa, activities… the list goes on, really. We love the real fireplaces, the board games, the resort feel. We always see wildlife, we immediately feel relaxed and welcomed. The staff here are literally some of the best people, always so kind and helpful. It’s dog friendly, family friendly. The views are incredible and the food is delicious. We love coming here, it’s not our first time - and it won’t be our last.

1. The bell boy has no smile and seems like we offend him 2. The reception has no smile too and not aware that I am Gold member of marriot. She also has no general introduction of the hotel. I am coming on November and it’s relatively less people( off peak I guess). Still there is no upgrade( although not guarantee). Many nice rooms are left empty on the second floor. 3. The guest activities are much less choices comparing with other day. Some activities like yoga should be arranged everyday. 4. No free water for a Gold member again 5. Nice hotel, but not exceptional considering the money 6. Room interior- nothing special 7. Our room view is facing dumpster!!

We had a lovely time at Kananaskis and we will definitely be back. The location is wonderful, the rooms were comfy, and the whole place has a relaxed, mountain getaway feel which is exactly what we were looking for. Staff were kind and on top of things, and the outdoor hot tubs looking out at the mountains were worth the trip alone. We’d happily stay again.
