It's 2026 and unfortunately they're unprofessional. There's no contact email, no pictures of the apartment, and no virtual tour. I think they're still stuck in 1995.

I have had a wonderful experience with CLV Group so far since moving into my apartment on July 1. From viewing the place to signing the lease, Connor made it a rather seamless process. Daniel is very quick, patient and helpful when it comes to answering my emails which were numerous at the beginning. I've had to put in a few maintenance requests and Carlos has attended to them promptly and I am happy with his work. I can see myself living here for many years to come.

Sending your kids to university 10 hours away from home is difficult and trying to find a nice apartment for them to live in from far can be even more challenging. We placed a call to the CLV Group and told them that we would be travelling to Ottawa over the Easter weekend and we were hoping to view one of their units. They were very helpful and accommodating and arranged a viewing over the holiday. As soon as we walked into the apartment we fell in love with the large amount of natural light and the hardwood floors. The apartment was specious and well maintain, and the CLV representative was very knowledgeable and gracefully answer all of our questions. Our son and daughter now have a new home away from home. From the viewing to the application process to receiving the keys we have dealt with Connor, Daniel and Daphne and they all have been incredibly helpful. Whether in person, on the phone or via e-mail they were very professional and always answer our inquiries in a prompt and timely manner. Many thanks to the team at Acadia Apartments - CLV Group.
