Beautiful stunning apartment! Jackie(superintendent) has been an absolute superstar from day 1! Very accommodating, extremely helpful and above all just simply an amazing human being! Always one phonecall/text away for whatever we need and her response time is impeccable! Jackie has gone above and beyond to help! Very blessed to be here! Thank you so much Jackie❤️

Our super, Jackie, is a super super. She cares about her tenants, cultivates a community vibe, gets on with neighbours and works very hard to keep channels of communication open, ensure we all have a clean and safe place to live. I know if I bring her a problem it will be dealt with as quickly as possible, with constant contact until it is. Building management is lucky to have her, and we're lucky to have a set of buildings with an on site super - shows they're invested in keeping up the place if they can retain an employee living here, I think. The buildings retain a lot of their old school features (radiator heating, some charming bits of interior/exterior), the surrounding trees help keep us cooler in the summer.

Jackie is the most incredible building super I’ve ever had the pleasure of living alongside, she truly goes above and beyond to make sure everyone feels taken care of and does her best to resolve every issue as quickly as possible. Jackie has made the building feel like a community, which is rare and hard to come by in Toronto these days. I feel truly blessed to call this apartment my home!

Absolutely lovely buildings and well taken care of. Have modern upgrades while keeping the old building charm. Courtyard is so perfectly maintained as well as continuous plans to keep the building as a whole in top shape. I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Jackie today and she is the kindest person ever. Took me around the apartments and has convinced me I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else. A very lovely community she cultivates and I hope to be apart of it!
