Great location right Mississauga downtown minutes from Square One Mall and 403 HW. Plenty of restaurants and services near by. Very clean and secured building. Underground parking. Clean, fully furnished and equipped apartment with great views plus on the 44th floor. Very smooth key handling service and professional helpful staff. Strongly recommend 馃憣

This is your official 'stay here beware' warning for Pathway suites. Poor management that will not take accountability for there errors. 100% this place is a bait and switch-- not sure if anyone gets a suite that is not a catfish of the photos they falsely advertise online. This room was so filthy and disgusting, I truly suspect that someone(s) (probably the 'staff') lives here full time and that they just vacate the suite last minute if Imran (manager) needs the room for a reservations. This room had hair and crumbs? in the sheets, a broken tub -- like a literal chunk missing! that they tried to conceal by putting a plastic shower mat over. This place. had sketchy people lookimg coming in and gives the vibe of a place drug dealers rent to sell out of or a place where Johns bring their ladies to meet clients. This unit was so filthy, our skin started itching once we got in, and we couldnt be moved for a while 3 days. Couldnt bgring the grandbaby who is a toddler because the balcony mesh door was missing-- simply ripped out. Imagine BEING in the 27th floor in a dirty bed and at 2 a.m. fire alarm goes off..and no one comes on the p.a./speaker in unit or common areas to tell.you to evacuate or stay put..scared and not sure to. Go down the stairs you call 911 and get told its not a fire to stay inside. It was sketchy guests related bahaviours. After 20 mins the alarm stopped and then the security told us it was okay. Heard later some guest allegedly overdosed and the friends pulled the alarm and took off so they wouldn't have to stick around for the cops. I will be reporting this place to the city, public health and better business bureau. Asked the manager Imran to refund all the days we stayed in that dirty place, and he refused despite providing proof and facts...and the favt that to change suites we had to change/cut short trips one of our prebooked tours for the city. Avoid repeat AVOID this place-- a shelter or the streets would be better. Nonchalant, untrained staff running the place with even worse management

pathway suites鈥his the dumbest place I ever traveled. Nothing is what it seems. You buy something, then you have up front charges months later. You get a hotel, it鈥檚 really an apartment that鈥檚 not selling so they partial lease it to travelers. You go to an address, well it鈥檚 that address, but you鈥檙e staying at the building down the street. The parking garage looks like the inside of an ant hill. It鈥檚 so many congested ways in there to get lost. This the stupiest parking garage I鈥檝e ever seen. Only took me 10 mins in Canada, to say Canada sucks like in Peter Griffin鈥檚 voice. Their tax tax is 15%. Nearly double what I pay in Texas. O and don鈥檛 gimme started on how people drive. Y鈥檃ll really think America is bad, y鈥檃ll need to visit other countries and rent a car, go shopping, get a hotel like I do. God blessed me to visit many countries, ain鈥檛 seen one yet that is half as good as America. When I turned in my room key, no one was even in the so called front office. The appliances was gross. They had stains all on them. I was scared to even try the iron. Thought it might catch fire. Someone came into my room when I was gone too. Claim it was testing for fire. They did that over the intercom. The faucet in one bathroom shot out like a geyser. This the harded bed I ever slept in. It feel like some bed in a monk house. Might as well be sleeping in the floor hard as this thing is. There is no name on the building. You just have to roam around building to building to see where you鈥檙e going. And the signage in Canada is so small and misplaced that you can鈥檛 find your way around. Even at the airport. You book online as one thing, actual business is another name. On Priceline.com, they was called the Toor hotel. Listed as a 4 star hotel. This thing is nothing more than a rundown high rise Hampton in with no free breakfast. This place is falling apart. The room was discusting. There was stains, hair, peeling paint, mildew, broken marble, scratches everywhere. Thank God I brought my on towels and washcloths cuz that place is nasty. I had to disinfect the bathroom just to even use it. And the thought of it made me lose my appetite. They don鈥檛 even have an office. The office is actually one of the resident homes on the bottom floor. This was the only downside of my whole trip is the scandal of the hotel. But it鈥檚 all good cuz God will give me back everything I lost. . So glad I have Jesus in my life. Cuz something good gone come out of this. I have an extra $1000 charge on my credit card when I paid upfront. And I think they billed me for an extra person when I clearly traveled by myself. I buy my trips all inclusive. There should not be anything else I have to pay when I get to my destination. I ain鈥檛 never been ripped off renting cars or hotels. I鈥檝e traveled abroad in and out of America. This the first time this happened. I want my money back. I doubt I get them to refund me but I am going to ask for those extra charges to be refunded.

Very disappointing service at this property. I do not recommend that you stay here if you have an option. Our agent booked the property for a family vacation, but right from the reception, the service was terribly poor. The guy at the reception was very unfriendly and could neither speak English nor French. Nobody was ready to assist us to check in. We had a hard time accessing the lifts because the keys to lift did not work. When they found a key that worked, we arrived the apartment and discovered that the rooms were too tiny. At the end, we ended up not staying. I am still waiting for our refund. The service we received at this property was by far the worst experience in all my years of international travel. I would rate them as one ("1") instead of zero, simply because a zero is not possible here. They honestly deserve a zero.
