I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn & Suites Surrey East – Cloverdale. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the professionalism, warmth, and hospitality of the entire team. A special mention goes to Sid, whose excellent professionalism and amazing customer service truly stood out. He went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, and his genuine care and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Having staff like Sid makes all the difference in turning a good stay into a great one. The hotel itself is spotless — everything is exceptionally clean and well maintained, which instantly gave me peace of mind and comfort. The rooms are not only tidy but also welcoming and thoughtfully designed, providing the perfect space to relax after a long day. Every staff member I interacted with was extremely helpful, friendly, and eager to assist, which made me feel valued as a guest throughout my stay. Whether it was small requests or general inquiries, the team always responded with a smile and efficiency. Overall, this property combines great customer service, cleanliness, and professionalism into a truly memorable experience. I highly recommend the Holiday Inn & Suites Surrey East – Cloverdale to anyone visiting the area, and I will definitely be staying here again.

Had a great stay Holiday Inn Cloverdale. The room was very modern. Everything was super clean. The staff were warm and welcoming. I got a discount for the adjacent restaurant from the front desk team. The bed was really comfortable and the amnesties in the room were really nice. Lots of parking.There was lots of shops and restaurants around the area. There was a lovely park across the street. Overall a great experience.

Lovely hotel. Super clean, quiet and very appealing atmosphere. Very friendly helpful staff. Simran was so nice when we checked in & out. Everything was great except when we were going to make coffee in the morning with the provided coffee maker and coffee pods there was no sugar or cream. We didn’t have much time so didn’t bother to ask for any. Grabbed coffee out across the street. I would have given a 5 star but that was a disappointment. Almost a perfect stay. I would stay here again and definitely recommend this hotel.

Thank you sooooo much ! My mother and I needed a last minute room and the reservation was extremely easy to make — We were in town for a family wedding and decided to stay overnight — Perfect location— very close to the wedding venue — and so many great options nearby — if needed — Thank you to the staff —and the rooms were great! I love seeing a Keurig coffee maker, the wonderful Dove products, TV with many channels, and terrific breakfast options ! Thank you again ! If you are in town— I highly recommend a stay here!
