Absolutely amazing stay at this hotel. Right when we drove in through the gates - we were excited. We had just booked this as a place to stay between driving from Nova Scotia to Toronto. But was happy we chose this place. Once we came in, the girl at the front desk ran up and knew my booking and explained everything well to us in English. She was so professional and friendly. The service here is superb. We came back to ask her questions and she was always very attentive and polite. Amazing service. The restaurant as well, it was very lively and the menu looked very good. It was closed already but the hostess said she can allow us to go in if we lived in the hotel and it was also a busy night so I guess they were ok with it. We ultimately decided not to as it was getting dark and we wanted to take a look at the view of the lake and surroundings outside. It’s such a beautiful site. Amazing.

What a beautiful place to stay. Building is clean and the room are beautiful too. The breakfast are unreal and the park right beside the hotel is perfect. Long walk and get fresh air with a beautiful landscape. Dog friendly

They do not do room service if you stay 3 nights, that mean they do not vacuum the room, they will not give toilette paper, they will not take out the garbage, they will not do the bed, they will not change the towels. So you should ask the receptionist for toilette paper, garbage bags, towels. When you go to a hotel you expect to have a good service and it is supossed it is a 4 star hotel, haha good joke. The pool is little, cold and old. The bed is not comfortable. The quality of the food at the restaurant we noticed there is an effort but angus steak is not tender and doesnt taste, the pasta are the same you buy on a package. Also the last night, under the bed, we found a chip potatoe that we havent brought our bought and a medication, oh my god! It was not from us, that mean that before we arrive the room was not clean enough and we are not surprise because after we came back we had the flu, is very sad that they dont clean enough. The positive things: the employees are friendly, the desserts are really good, the size of the room and the winter activities.

Perfect location and hospitality with all inclusive activities in the winter time. Snow tubing, sauna, jacuzzi, ski, so many activities available for full staycation here! Will be back again next year!
